With over 30 years of litigation experience, Wade Christensen has a record of trying and winning important cases for his clients.   Christensen has concentrated his practice in the area of workers’ compensation, oil and gas, real estate, general business strategy and litigation.  He has successfully represented many Oklahomans, employers and insurers in a multitude of litigated matters.  His practice has always been trial focused and result oriented.  He works to identify the most significant issues up front and focus on developing the facts and law into a clear, persuasive narrative that a court or jury will not only understand, but act on.

Christensen’s combination of courtroom advocacy and substantive experience is second to none.  He pursues his client’s rights aggressively and develops efficient, creative approaches to litigation.  Christensen has achieved victories for his clients at the trial and appellate level in state courts, mediations and through direct negotiations.

As a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of Tulsa’s School of Law, Christensen has brought together solid education and several years of experience with a large law firm to bring clients results-driven legal representation.

Spearheading the launch of Christensen & Associates in 2011 and later forming both Christensen Law Group and Christensen Law, this enabled him to focus resources to give clients even more flexible access to expert legal assistance, providing large firm results, while maintaining a close working relationship only a local firm can offer.

In addition to his dedication to his clients in his profession, Christensen also serves fellow Oklahomans alongside his wife, Governor Mary Fallin. As First Gentleman of Oklahoma, Christensen serves as Chairman of Friends of the Mansion and is on the Board of Advocates of Children’s Hospital Foundation. He also served as honorary co-chair of the Campaign for Justice fundraiser benefiting Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, which provides legal services to those in need. For his efforts, the Journal Record awarded Christensen the Leadership in Law award in 2015.

Christensen enjoys family time with his wife, Mary, and their children, Blake, Adam, Christina, Brittiany, Price and Alex. He is an active member at Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City. He also enjoys Oklahoma sporting events, skiing, boating at Grand Lake in Oklahoma, and farming and ranching.
