Compensation Court of Existing Claims and the new Workers’ Compensation Commission. Janet is very adept at evaluating cases for settlement based on the anticipated award by the assigned judge. She has resolved many cases through mediations based on her valuation of the claim. She works closely with employers to implement safety procedures and early documentation of potential injuries. Dech’s experience includes making new case law in the case of Odyssey/Americare of Oklahoma v Worden.
